Periodic Technical Safety Inspection Term is 03 Years

The Ministry of National Defense issued Circular 123/2016/TT-BQP on August 30, 2016, to specifically regulate the safety inspection period of Nitrogen stations.

Circular 123 stipulates that the periodic safety technical inspection interval is 03 years; for nitrogen stations that have been in use for over 12 years, the periodic safety technical inspection interval is 02 years, and for nitrogen stations that have been in use for over 24 years, the periodic safety technical inspection interval is 01 year. To be specific:

- In cases where the manufacturer specifies or the facility requires a shorter safety technical inspection interval, it shall follow the manufacturer's regulations and the facility's requirements.- When shortening the safety technical inspection interval, the inspector must clearly state the reason in the inspection report.- When the safety technical inspection interval is stipulated in national technical regulations, it shall follow the regulations of such standards.- For cases requiring unusual inspections, follow the procedures issued along with Circular 123.
