- If the new recruits have worked for at least 02 years (since being appointed to the official rank) at the inspection committee at the district and equivalent levels (under the administrative and non-business sectors) and met the criteria of the Party examination rank, they will be appointed to the rank by the competent authority in Vietnam.

- For officials and public employees, when being transferred and received to inspection committees at all levels, they must have at least 1 year of experience in inspection work and fully meet the criteria of the Party examination rank. Then they shall be considered and decided by a competent authority to appoint them to the corresponding Party Inspection rank.

- For officials and public employees working in the following branches: Procuracy, Court, Public Security, Military, Judgment Execution, Inspector, Auditor, who have been appointed to the rank according to the regulations of the branch (inspector, procurators, judges, investigators, inspectors, enforcers, verifiers, auditors) when they are dispatched and received to the examination committee at the district level or higher, shall be appointed by the competent authority to the respective rank and rank of Party Inspector in Vietnam.

- For officials and public employees who are elected to be full-time members of inspection committees at the district level and equivalent or higher, they shall be appointed by competent authorities to the respective ranks or ranks of Party examination (Period of appointing the rank according to the approval decision of the superior inspection committee in Vietnam).
