- Anyone engaging in acts of buying sex shall be fined from VND 500,000 to VND 1,000,000.- A fine from VND 2,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 shall be imposed in case of buying sex from multiple persons at the same time.- A fine from VND 5,000,000 to VND 10,000,000 shall be imposed if falling under one of the following cases:- Buying sex with obscene conduct;- Inciting or coercing others to buy sex.

Persons who buy sex from minors or knowingly transmit HIV to others shall be subject to criminal prosecution.
