Organizing Communication Activities in the Operations of Provincial Libraries

The organization of communication and mobilization activities within the operations of the provincial-level Library is regulated by Circular 13, including:

- Developing and regularly organizing communication and mobilization activities of the library in accordance with legal regulations, in conjunction with national events, central and local programs and activities, and other events at the library;- Organizing thematic exhibitions to commemorate significant events, national holidays, local holidays, holidays of sectors, associations, and political and social organizations; introducing new books within and outside the library; organizing book and reading culture festivals; competitions for all readers, especially for adolescents and children; book introduction competitions and other cultural events at the library to attract library users, thereby encouraging reading, and building reading habits and culture;- Marketing, advertising, and promoting the library, its products, and services on electronic information pages and other public media; organizing activities such as: Regular readers' conferences, developing potential readers; establishing groups and clubs of library friends; collecting and obtaining readers' feedback. Supporting district-level libraries and commune-level libraries in the area to build appropriate communication and mobilization plans to attract users to the library;- Implementing private investment, mobilizing, and attracting organizations and individuals to participate in library activities.
