Organizing a Community Meeting to Unify Results of Review for Poor Households and Near-Poor Households

The Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 14/2018/TT-BLDTBXH on September 26, 2018, to specifically regulate the organization of community meetings to agree on the results of the review of poor households and near-poor households.

According to Circular 14, the organization of community meetings to agree on the results of reviewing poor households and near-poor households is conducted as follows:

Participants, include:

- Village leader (chairperson of the meeting);- Representatives of party organizations, mass organizations;- Officials conducting the review of poor households, near-poor households in the village;- Representatives of households participating in the meeting.

If necessary, the village leader reports to the commune-level People's Committee to assign representatives to participate in the meeting.

Meeting content: Unified opinions on the results of evaluation and scoring according to Form B for households on the review list (mainly focusing on newly identified poor households, near-poor households, households that have escaped poverty, households that have escaped near-poverty).

Note that the meeting results are recorded in minutes and made into 02 copies, signed by the chairperson, secretary of the meeting, and representatives of households (01 copy to be kept in the village, 01 copy to be sent to the commune-level Poverty Reduction Board for aggregation).
