Organizations providing support in technological application shall be responsible for support in respect of science and technology in rural areas in Vietnam (Internet image)

Article 12 of Circular 07/2016/TT-BKHCN stipulates the responsibilities of the technological application Support Organization in managing the program for applying and transferring scientific and technological advances to promote socioeconomic development in rural, mountainous areas, and ethnic minority regions in Vietnam from 2016 to 2025 as follows:

1. Implement support for the application of technologies appropriate to the actual conditions in the project implementation area.

2. Ensure the results of the technology transfer processes, support technological applications are effective and take responsibility for the transfer results.

3. Monitor the implementation of the model and assign staff to directly guide the model implementation.

4. Train key technicians and technical staff at the local level.

5. Be subject to the supervision and inspection of task implementation by the Presiding Organization.

6. Coordinate with the Presiding Organization to develop project explanations, evaluate the profiles of model completion, and appraise the project implementation results.

7. Fully participate in inspections and evaluations of the project implementation status.
