Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Construction

The Ministry of Construction is an agency of the Government of Vietnam, performing the state management function in the following areas: Construction planning, architecture; construction investment activities; urban development; technical infrastructure; housing; public facilities; real estate market; building materials; state management of public services in the state management areas of the ministry as stipulated by law.

According to Decree 81/2017/ND-CP, the organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction includes:
