14. The Department of Work Construction Management.

15. The Department of Cooperatives and Rural Development.

16. The National Agro-Forestry-Fisheries Quality Assurance Department.

17. The Department of Agricultural Product Processing and Market Development.

18. Vietnam Administration of Forestry.

19. The Directorate of Fisheries.

20. The Water Resources Directorate.

21. The Directorate of Natural Disaster Prevention and Control.
