This is the notable content, unanimously promulgated by the Government of Vietnam in Decree No. 26/2013/ND-CP on the organization and operation of the construction inspection sector.

The Inspection of the Ministry of Construction and the Inspection of the Department of Construction have their own seals and accounts. Decree 26/2013/ND-CP stipulates the organizational structure of these two agencies as follows:
- Inspection of the Ministry of Construction:
- The Inspection of the Ministry of Construction has a Chief Inspector, Deputy Chief Inspectors, inspectors, officials, and is organized into specialized departments.- The Chief Inspector is appointed, dismissed, and removed from office by the Minister after agreement with the General Inspector of the Government of Vietnam.
Specifically:
- Deputy Chief Inspectors are appointed, dismissed, and removed from office by the Minister at the proposal of the Chief Inspector. Deputy Chief Inspectors assist the Chief Inspector in performing tasks as assigned by the Chief Inspector.
- Specialized departments are established by decision of the Minister.
- Inspection of the Department of Construction: includes a Chief Inspector, Deputy Chief Inspectors, inspectors, and officials.
Specifically:
- The Chief Inspector is appointed, dismissed, and removed from office by the Director of the Department of Construction after agreement with the Chief Inspector of the province.- Deputy Chief Inspectors are appointed, dismissed, and removed from office by the Director of the Department of Construction at the proposal of the Chief Inspector. Deputy Chief Inspectors assist the Chief Inspector in performing tasks as assigned by the Chief Inspector.
