Organizational Management Structure of the Northern Food Corporation

Decree 01/2018/ND-CP issued on January 03, 2018. Enclosed with this Decree is the Charter on the organization and operation of the Northern Food Corporation. The Charter stipulates the organizational management structure of the Corporation.

To be specific, pursuant to Article 22 of the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Northern Food Corporation issued together with Decree 01/2018/ND-CP, the organizational structure and executive management of the Corporation includes:

- The Board of Members;- The Control Board;- The General Director.

Supporting apparatus: includes Deputy General Directors, Chief Accountant, and specialized departments. During operation, the supporting apparatus of the Corporation may be changed to suit the requirements of business activities.

Internal control (if any) is established according to the regulations of the Board of Members of the Corporation to assist the Board of Members.
