- The Provincial Inspectorate has a Chief Inspector, Deputy Chief Inspector, Inspectors, and other civil servants.
+ The Provincial Inspector General is the head of the provincial Inspectorate, responsible to the People's Committee, the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, and the law for the implementation of the functions, tasks, and powers of the provincial Inspectorate, the Inspector General, and the performance of duties and powers according to the working regulations and assignments of the provincial People's Committee.
The Provincial Chief Inspector is appointed, relieved of duty, dismissed, transferred, rotated, and seconded by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee after consulting with the Government Inspector General;
+ The Provincial Deputy Chief Inspector is the person who helps the Provincial Chief Inspector perform the tasks assigned by the Provincial Chief Inspector and is responsible before the Provincial Chief Inspector and the law for the assigned tasks.
When the Provincial Chief Inspector is absent, a Provincial Deputy Chief Inspector is authorized by the Provincial Chief Inspector to replace the Provincial Chief Inspector in managing the activities of the Provincial Inspectorate.
The appointment, relief of duty, dismissal, transfer, rotation, and secondment of the Provincial Deputy Chief Inspector are decided by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee according to the provisions of the law and the proposal of the Provincial Chief Inspector.
- Organization of the Provincial Inspectorate:
The Provincial Inspectorate has offices and specialized departments to ensure the implementation of functions and tasks of inspection, receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations, preventing and combating corruption and misconduct, and monitoring, appraisal, and post-inspection handling.
The establishment of specialized and professional departments under the Provincial Inspectorate must ensure the regulations on organizational structure and staffing of the law on local government and the law on inspection.

The appointment, relieve of duty, dismissal, mobilization, rotation, and secondment of District Deputy Chief Inspectors are decided by the Chairman of the District People's Committee in accordance with the provisions of the law and the request of the District Chief Inspector.
- The District Inspectorate must ensure that it meets the same criteria as other specialized and professional departments under the District People's Committee according to the provisions of the law on local government; ensure adequate conditions to perform functions and tasks of inspection, including receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations, preventing and combating corruption, negativity, and other tasks according to regulations.
