This is an important content in Circular 09/2012/TT-BNV issued on December 10, 2012 by the Ministry of Home Affairs on the procedures and matters regarding the recruitment, employment, and management of Vietnamese officials and public employees to be inspected.
Organization and marking of the examination for recruitment of Vietnamese public employees shall be inspected by competent authorities (Illustrative Image)
Under Article 35 of Circular 09/2012/TT-BNV, matters regarding the recruitment of Vietnamese public employees to be inspected include:
1. Basis for recruitment of Vietnamese public employees.
2. Examination for recruitment of Vietnamese public employees:
- Announcement of recruitment of Vietnamese public employees;
- Reception of the application for the examination for recruitment of Vietnamese public employees; assurance of the applications that meet the necessary standards and conditions;
- Establishment and performance of the duties of the examination council for recruitment of Vietnamese public employees and its assisting committees and sections;
- Organization and marking of the examination for recruitment of Vietnamese public employees;
- Approval of the exam results; sending of notifications recognizing the successful candidates to the applicants;
- Issuance and cancelation of recruitment decisions; the time for taking a job; signing of the working contract; salary grading; implementation of internship policies and provision of internship guidance.
3. Consideration of recruitment of Vietnamese public employees:
- Announcement of the consideration of recruitment:
- Reception of the application for the consideration of recruitment; assurance of the applications that meet the necessary standards and conditions;
- Establishment and performance of the duties of the consideration council for recruitment of Vietnamese public employees and its assisting committees and sections;
- Organizing the consideration of recruitment of public employees;
- Approval of the exam results; sending of notifications recognizing the successful candidates to the applicants;
- Issuance and cancelation of recruitment decisions; the time for taking a job; signing of the working contract; salary grading; implementation of internship policies and provision of internship guidance.
4. Other matters stipulated in Chapter II of Decree 29/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012, by the Government of Vietnam and other legal provisions on recruitment of Vietnamese public employees.
