Order and Procedures for Deciding on Investment Policy for Golf Course Projects

Decree No. 52/2020/ND-CP stipulates the sequence and procedures for deciding the investment policy for Golf Course Projects as follows:

- The investor submits the golf course project dossier in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article to the investment registration authority where the golf course project is to be implemented;- Within 03 working days from the date of receiving the complete golf course project dossier as prescribed in point a of this Clause, the investment registration authority sends the dossier to solicit opinions from relevant ministries and agencies regarding the contents of the golf course project;- Within 15 days from the date of receiving the dossier for opinion collection, the consulted ministries and agencies provide written opinions on the contents of the golf course project within their respective functions and duties to the investment registration authority;- Within 25 days from the date of receiving the golf course project dossier, the investment registration authority consolidates and reports to the provincial People's Committee for consideration and evaluation of the golf course project dossier to be sent to the Ministry of Planning and Investment;- Within 15 days from the date of receiving the provincial People's Committee’s opinions, the Ministry of Planning and Investment organizes the appraisal, prepares a report, and submits it to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam to decide on the investment policy, including the contents as prescribed by the investment law;- Within 05 days from receiving the complete and proper submission dossier from the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Office of the Government of Vietnam conducts verification and submits it to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam for consideration and decision on the investment policy for the golf course project. The Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam will review, decide, and the Office of the Government of Vietnam will issue and publicize the document according to the Government of Vietnam's working regulations.
