This is a notable content of the Decree No. 97/2015/NĐ-CP on the management of title and position holders in wholly State-owned one-member limited liability companies issued by the Government of Vietnam on October 19, 2015.
According to Article 18 of the Decree No. 97/2015/NĐ-CP of the Vietnam’s Government, the order and procedures for assessing the manager of wholly State-owned one-member limited liability companies are specified as follows:
- The enterprise manager shall write a self-review according to the content and evaluation criteria and self-recognize the level of task completion as prescribed in Article 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of this Decree; present at the meeting of the Members' Council for the Members' Council to comment or send to the President of the company.
- The Members' Council and the company's president shall collect written evaluation opinions from the party committee at the same level for each enterprise manager.
- The Members' Council meets to announce the opinions of the committee, discuss and agree on the assessment and classification of enterprise managers according to the following levels: excellently completing tasks, completing tasks, failing to complete tasks.
- The President of the company consults with the Party Committee, decides to evaluate and classify the enterprise managers according to the following levels: excellently completing tasks, completing tasks, failing to complete tasks.
- Minutes of consultation of members of the Members' Council and the Party Committee at the same level, for the enterprise manager who is the chairman of the Members' Council, the company's president, or a member of the Members' Council, shall be sent to the managing Ministry or the Chairman of People's Committee of the province to consider, evaluate and classify.
- For Supervisors, the self-review shall be sent to the Minister of branch management or the President of the provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
- The results of evaluation and classification are saved in the file and notified to the business manager.
