This is one of the basic contents mentioned in Circular 35/2017/TT-BGDDT regarding the regulations on management, operation, and use of the information management system for universal education and illiteracy eradication, which was issued on December 28, 2017.
The operation of the Education Universalization and Illiteracy Eradication Management Information System is conducted as follows:
1. The operation of the Management Information System for education universalization and illiteracy eradication, the provision of user manuals, technical support, and usage guidance for the province (via email pcgd@moet.gov.vn and online guidance via the Internet) is the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Training.
2. The organization of using the Management Information System for education universalization and illiteracy eradication within the province, usage guidance, and technical support for district and commune levels (if any) is the responsibility of the province.
3. During the usage process, if any technical issues related to the Education Universalization and Illiteracy Eradication System are detected, the provinces should compile and report to the Ministry of Education and Training for timely resolution.
4. Provinces, districts, and communes currently deploying other software for data collection and management regarding education universalization and illiteracy eradication are responsible for contacting and cooperating with the Ministry of Education and Training (via the Department of Information Technology) to receive guidance, support for connection, and data exchange with the Management Information System for education universalization and illiteracy eradication as required.
Circular 35/2017/TT-BGDDT takes effect from February 13, 2018.
