What are the adjustments on the gasoline prices in Vietnam? - Ngoc Minh (Binh Thuan, Vietnam)
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Official Dispatch 831/BCT-TTTN dated February 21, 2023 on the management of petroleum businesses. Thus, from 15:00 on February 21, 2023, the price of gasoline will be no more than 23,400 VND per liter.

Specifically, after making adjustments to the setting up and spending levels for the use of the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund, the selling prices of popular consumer petroleum products on the market after 3 p.m. on February 21, 2023 are adjusted as follows: :
- E5RON92 gasoline: Not higher than 22,542 VND/liter (decrease by 327 VND/liter);
- RON95-III gasoline: not higher than 23,443 VND/liter (decrease by 324 VND/liter);
- 0.05S diesel oil: not higher than 20,806 VND/liter (decrease by 756 VND/liter);
- Kerosene: not higher than 20,846 VND/liter (decrease by 748 VND/liter);
- Fuel oil 180CST 3.5S: not higher than 14,251 VND/kg (increase by 615 VND/kg).
According to Vietnam's Official Dispatch 831/BCT-TTTN, the level of deduction for setting up the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund is regulated as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline: 0 VND/liter;
- RON95-III gasoline: 0 VND/liter;
- 0.05S diesel oil: 600 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: 200 VND/liter;
- Fuel oil: 0 VND/kg.
Not using Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund.
