Online application for rent support for employees is available in Vietnam

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Dispatch 1244/LDTBXH-VL on the implementation of Decision 08/2022/QD-TTg on the rent support policy for employees.

According to the Official Dispatch in Vietnam, the employer can apply for rent support for employees using the following methods:

+ Submit directly;

+ The postal service;

+ Submit online.

For cases of submitting dossiers and returning results certifying employees' participation in compulsory social insurance, the employer can submit them through many methods, including online methods (e-transaction).

The district-level People's Committees of Vietnam shall base themselves on the list of employers prepared and certified by the social insurance agency according to form No. 02 and Form No. 03 (according to Decision 08/2022/QD-TTg) to appraise and submit the list to the Provincial People's Committee of Vietnam for approval of the list and funding support.
