On March 14, 2024, the State Treasury issued Notice 1337/TB-KBNN on Official recruitment exam of State Treasury of Vietnam in 2024

1. Vacancies of official recruitment exam of State Treasury of Vietnam 2024

Total 601 vacancies, including:

- Professional position (code 01.003): 211 vacancies at the Provincial State Treasury;

- Accountant position (code 06,031): 351 vacancies at the Provincial State Treasury;

- Information Technology Specialist position (code 01,003): 36 vacancies, including 24 vacancies at the Provincial State Treasury and 12 vacancies at the State Treasury Agency (including 2 positions: 02 vacancies of Software and Database Information Technology Specialist and 10 vacancies of Infrastructure Management Information Technology Specialist);

- Clerk position (code 02.007): 03 vacancies, including 02 vacancies at the Provincial State Treasury and 01 vacancies at the State Treasury Agency;

2. Time and location of the official recruitment exam of State Treasury of Vietnam in 2024

The State Treasury announces the expected time and location of the exam as follows:

(1) Estimated time to hold the entrance exam: Quarter II/2024.

(2) Expected location for the exam:

- Candidates register to enroll in the State Treasury from Thua Thien Hue and outwards: Hanoi city.

- Candidates registering to apply for positions in the State Treasury from Da Nang and inwards: Ho Chi Minh City.

The specific location is decided by the Chairman of the official Recruitment Council of the State Treasury in 2024.

Note:

- The official Recruitment Council of the State Treasury in 2024 will announce the list of candidates eligible for the official recruitment, the list of candidates eligible to take the round 2 exam, the time and location of the exam, examination results, and adjusted information (if any) on the Ministry of Finance's website (address: https://mof.gov.vn) and the State Treasury's website (address: https://vst.mof.gov.vn).

- Candidates whose applications have been received by the State Treasury must actively monitor the list of candidates eligible to apply, information about the time and location of the official exam, and exam results on the Ministry of Finance's website (address: https://mof.gov.vn) and the website of the State Treasury (address: https://vst.mof.gov.vn).

3. Organization of receipt of official registration forms for the State Treasury of Vietnam in 2024

(1) Deadline and location for receiving official recruitment applications:

- Deadline to receive the application form:

The deadline to receive the application registration form is 30 days during office hours, from March 14, 2024, to April 12, 2024. Cases submitted after the above time are invalid.

- Location to receive official recruitment applications:

+ For candidates registering for admission to the State Treasury agency: candidates submit the application registration directly to the State Treasury agency.

+ For candidates registering for admission to the State Treasury of provinces and cities: candidates submit the application directly to the State Treasury, where they register for admission.

(2) Admission registration fee:

- Those who are eligible to register must pay an application fee of 300,000 VND/person.

- In case of ineligibility to apply or the candidate registers but does not participate in the exam, the State Treasury will not refund the application application and application fee.

Note:

- Each candidate can only submit the application form for 01 position at 01 State Treasury where there are vacancies recruiting.

- The State Treasury does not refund the application registration form or application fee that candidates have paid.

- The State Treasury does not organize exam review classes; it does not organize the compilation and sale of exam preparation materials.
