The Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Decision 1331/QD-BLDTBXH on August 28, 2024, along with the plan to implement the Press Digitization Strategy of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs by 2025, with an orientation towards 2030. Specific Objectives by 2025 and orientation towards 2030 are as follows:
(1) Objectives by 2025
* For press agencies
- 100% of press agencies publish content on several digital platforms (prioritizing domestic digital platforms).
- 50% of press agencies use centralized data analysis and processing platforms, applying artificial intelligence to optimize operations.
- 50% of press agencies operate converged newsroom models and other models suitable for the development of science, technology, and the production of content according to digital journalism trends.
- 100% of leaders, reporters, and editors at press agencies are trained in digital journalism transformation knowledge and skills.
- 50% of press agencies implement solutions to ensure information security for managed information systems at level 3 or higher.
- 100% of press agencies' websites link to the Ministry's electronic information portal.
* For the Ministry's electronic information portal and the websites of units under the Ministry
- 100% of the websites of units under the Ministry link to the Ministry's electronic information portal.
- 100% of officials and public employees responsible for providing and transmitting information on the Ministry's electronic information portal and the websites of the units are trained in digital journalism transformation knowledge and skills.
- The Ministry's electronic information portal implements solutions to ensure the safety of information systems at level 3 or higher.
(2) Orientation towards 2030
* For press agencies
- 100% of press agencies use centralized data analysis and processing platforms, applying artificial intelligence to optimize operations.
- 100% of press agencies operate and run converged newsroom models and other models compatible with the development of advanced science and technology; produce content according to digital journalism trends.
- 100% of press agencies participate in providing and sharing digital materials (reports, documentaries, images, sounds, etc.) related to the Ministry and sector through the shared digital material repository of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
- 100% of press agencies implement solutions to ensure information security for managed information systems at level 3 or higher.
* For the Ministry's electronic information portal and the websites of units under the Ministry
- Integrate the websites of units with the Ministry's electronic information portal, ensuring that the information provided on the units' websites is synchronized with the information on the Ministry's electronic information portal.
- Expand and diversify channels for providing and sharing information on several digital platforms and social networks.
- The Ministry's electronic information portal and the websites of units participate in providing and sharing digital materials (reports, documentaries, images, sounds, etc.) related to the Ministry and sector through the shared digital material repository of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
- The Ministry's electronic information portal and the websites of units under the Ministry use centralized data analysis and processing platforms, applying artificial intelligence to optimize operations.
- 100% of the websites of units under the Ministry implement solutions to ensure information security corresponding to the approved levels.
