Norms of Materials and Equipment for Reception and Processing of VNREDSat-1 Images

According to Circular 52/2016/TT-BTNMT, the norms for materials and equipment for collecting and processing VNREDSat-1 images are stipulated as follows:

- The norms for materials and equipment include the usage norms for materials and the usage norms for tools and equipment. To be specific:

- Usage norms for tools and equipment: represent the time laborers directly use the necessary tools and equipment to produce a unit of product;- Usage norms for materials: denote the quantity of materials necessary to produce a product. Material quantities are the same for all difficulty levels;

- The usage duration of tools and equipment:

- Usage duration of tools: the unit is in months;- Depreciation period for equipment: according to the regulations in Circular 162/2014/TT-BTC;

- Power consumption of electric tools and equipment is calculated based on the capacity of the tools and equipment and the usage norms for the tools and equipment;

- The power rate in these norms tables is calculated using the following formula:- Power rate = (Equipment capacity/hour x 8 hours x number of equipment usage shifts) + 5% loss;

- The rate for small and auxiliary tools is calculated as 5% of the tool rate in the tool norms table;- The rate for minor materials and losses is calculated as 8% of the material rate in the material norms table.
