- Projects operated for 05 to 15 years shall be deducted costs within the range of the above norms;

- Projects operated for over 15 years shall be deducted costs according to the maximum levels as per the above norms.

- For coastal area projects subjected to frequent impact from seawater, the percentage ratio of the original value of fixed assets may be increased by no more than 0.3% compared to the maximum level specified in the above norms.
