3	Online Media		The inspection norms for the "online media" work are calculated based on: a) Norms for inspecting radio programs for media works with only audio; b) Norms for inspecting press works in the form of news, photo/illustration articles for media works with only moving pictures; c) Norms for inspecting television programs for media works with both audio, moving pictures, and subtitles.

The reporting forms, acceptance, and determination of remuneration costs must comply with the following regulations:

- Report on reading, listening, viewing results to inspect depository press works: According to form No. 01, form No. 02, and form No. 03 in Appendix No. 01 attached to this Circular.

- Determining the number of inspected depository press works exceeding the norms in a month as a basis to calculate remuneration according to Circular 81/2017/TT-BTC dated August 9, 2017 by the Minister of Finance stipulating the remuneration policies for those who read, listen, and view to inspect depository press works shall not exceed 0.5 times the norms specified in Article 1 of this Circular.
