On April 3, 2020, the Ministry of Information and Communications promulgated Circular 06/2020/TT-BTTTT issuing the norms for reading, listening, and viewing to check depository journalism.

According to Circular 06/2020/TT-BTTTT on stipulating norms for reading, listening, and viewing to inspect depository press works, from the preparation stage to the final stage for newly released press works in one working day; used as a basis to calculate the remuneration costs for those who read, listen, and view to inspect depository press works monthly and determine the norms for inspecting electronic newspapers as per the table below:

The inspection norms for the "online media" work are calculated based on: |
The reporting forms, acceptance, and determination of remuneration costs must comply with the following regulations:
- Report on reading, listening, viewing results to inspect depository press works: According to form No. 01, form No. 02, and form No. 03 in Appendix No. 01 attached to this Circular.
- Determining the number of inspected depository press works exceeding the norms in a month as a basis to calculate remuneration according to Circular 81/2017/TT-BTC dated August 9, 2017 by the Minister of Finance stipulating the remuneration policies for those who read, listen, and view to inspect depository press works shall not exceed 0.5 times the norms specified in Article 1 of this Circular.
