New Points on the List of Plant Protection Products in Vietnam

To be specific:

Amendments to the name of the registering organization; commercial name, form, and content of the medicine, including:

- Amendments to the name of the registering organization: 63 active ingredients, 71 commercial names;- Amendments to the commercial name, form, and content: 9 active ingredients, 12 commercial names.

Circular 13 stipulates the officially registered pesticides into the List of pesticides allowed for use in Vietnam, including:

- Insecticides: 06 active ingredients, 08 commercial names;- Fungicides: 07 active ingredients, 07 commercial names;- Agricultural product preservatives: 01 active ingredient, 01 commercial name.

Pesticides additionally registered into the List of pesticides allowed for use in Vietnam as listed in Circular 13 include:

- Insecticides: 121 active ingredients, 151 commercial names;- Fungicides: 70 active ingredients, 87 commercial names;- Herbicides: 13 active ingredients, 18 commercial names;- Plant growth regulators: 03 active ingredients, 06 commercial names;- Rodenticides: 01 active ingredient, 01 commercial name;- Agricultural product preservatives: 01 active ingredient, 01 commercial name.

The HS code table for pesticides is implemented according to the legal regulations on HS code tables for specialized export and import goods under the management scope of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
