- Request letter;- For enterprises, a certified copy of documents proving the legal status, functions, and duties of the enterprise is required, except for enterprises providing aviation and non-aviation services at airports;- Abbreviated list;- Personal declaration form of the applicant with a 04 centimeter x 06 centimeter color photo, sealed with a verification stamp;- 01 04 centimeter x 06 centimeter color photo.
