On January 30, 2019, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 11/2019/ND-CP regarding the amendment and supplementation of Decrees regulating administrative procedures related to the requirement of submitting notarized or authenticated copies of documents under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

- Application form for permit issuance;- Color photo sized 18x24 cm of the sample and its copy;- Contract for the use of the work or written consent of the owner of the sample work: Submit a certified copy or a copy and present the original for comparison (in case of direct submission); submit a certified copy (in case of postal submission).
