- Failure to comply with the regulations in the operation process of the approved irrigation works, except for cases stipulated in Article 15a of Decree 65/2019/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government.

- Operating irrigation works without assigned tasks or authorization.

Conducting operations of irrigation works without following the prescribed procedures

Conducting operations of small-scale irrigation works without following the prescribed procedures

A fine of VND 5,000,000 - VND 10,000,000

Conducting operations of medium-scale irrigation works without following the prescribed procedures

A fine of VND 10,000,000 - VND 20,000,000

Conducting operations of large-scale or specially significant irrigation works without following the prescribed procedures

Violation of regulations in the implementation of procedures for operating reservoirs for irrigation
