Additionally, the adjustment of the maximum price and the specific price of public irrigation products and services is regulated according to Decree 96/2018/ND-CP dated June 30, 2018, by the Government of Vietnam detailing the price of irrigation products and services and supporting the use of public irrigation products and services, and related legal provisions.

Based on this maximum price and budget capacity, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province will decide on the specific price for public irrigation products and services under its management scope after approval by the People's Council of the same level to serve as a basis for providing products and services as regulated. In the case where public irrigation products and services are subject to value-added tax, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province will decide on the specific price inclusive of value-added tax as per current tax laws.
