New: Change in Reporting Timeframe for Cooperative Operations

This is an important regulation mentioned in Circular 09/2019/TT-BKHDT issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment. It amends and supplements Article 25 of Circular 03/2014/TT-BKHDT dated May 26, 2014, by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, which provides guidance on the registration of cooperatives and policies for reporting on the operational status of cooperatives.

Article 5 Circular 09/2019/TT-BKHDT amends and supplements Article 25 of Circular 03/2014/TT-BKHDT stipulating reporting policies on the operation status of cooperatives, cooperative unions, and reporting policies on the operation status of cooperatives, cooperative unions (hereinafter collectively referred to as cooperatives) according to the provisions of Decree 193/2013/ND-CP, specifically:

- No later than December 15, cooperatives must report truthfully, fully, and accurately in writing the operation status of the cooperative for the year to the cooperative registration authority according to the form specified in Appendix I-18.- No later than December 18, district-level cooperative registration authorities must aggregate and report the operation status of cooperatives for the year within the district according to the form specified in Appendix II-13 and send it to the provincial cooperative registration authority.- No later than December 21, provincial-level cooperative registration authorities must aggregate and report the operation status of cooperatives, cooperative unions for the year within the province according to the form specified in Appendix II-14 and send it to the Ministry of Planning and Investment.- The Ministry of Planning and Investment, provincial, and district-level cooperative registration authorities must aggregate and send the reports to the relevant authorities at the same level.- The reporting year data cut-off time at Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of this Article is calculated from December 15 of the previous year to December 14.
