According to the new regulations, the management of digital certificates in the National Database of Public Assets is carried out as follows:

- Digital certificates are issued to administrative officers of the Ministry of Finance, financial agencies of Ministries, central agencies; and Departments of Finance of provinces and centrally-governed cities. Each administrative officer is issued one digital certificate.- Administrative officers must declare registration information for issuing digital certificates and the contents of amendments and supplements to Circular 67 (if any), and send them to the Ministry of Finance for compilation, and cooperate with the Government Cryptography Committee of Vietnam to process the issuance of digital certificates. The maximum period for administrative officers to receive digital certificates is not more than 03 working days from the date the Government Cryptography Committee of Vietnam issues the digital certificates.- The management of digital certificates is carried out according to the regulations in Circular 08/2016/TT-BQP and the contents of amendments and supplements to this Circular (if any).
