Modification of Regulations on the Establishment and Management of Administrative Violation Records by Transport Inspectors

This is a notable provision stipulated in Circular 32/2016/TT-BGTVT amending and supplementing Circular 02/2014/TT-BGTVT, which prescribes the procedures for specialized inspection, administrative violation penalties; the planning work, policy reporting, and internal management of the Inspectorate of the Transport sector.

To be specific, the establishment and management of administrative violation records by the traffic inspectorate are modified and supplemented by Circular 32/2016/TT-BGTVT as follows:

- Administrative violation cases with a record must be documented and stored as per the legal regulations by the authorized person. The dossier includes: administrative violation records, decisions on administrative violation penalties, other records, decisions, related documents, and must be sequentially numbered.- Record of returning licenses, professional certificates revoked in the process of administrative violation penalties in the field of transportation.- The list of violation cases, the time of making records, the type of violation, the time of issuing penalties, and the return of documents must be recorded in a tracking book as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 27 of Circular 32.
