On December 28, 2018, Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH was issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam, stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements for graduates at the intermediate and college levels in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications in Vietnam.
Minimum Knowledge of graduates of Industrial Electronics in Vietnam (Level 5 of VQF advanced)
In the Regulation on the minimum amount of knowledge, competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level, college level in the field of industrial electronics issued together with Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum amount of knowledge that learners must achieve after graduating from the Industrial Electronics in Vietnam Level 5 of VQF advanced is as follows:
- State the regulations and standards on technical drawings of the profession;
- Present basic knowledge about labor safety, industrial hygiene, and fire prevention in work;
- Present the laws in the fields of electricity and electronics;
- Explain the working principles of analog and digital components and devices;
- Explain the working principles of common electric circuits;
- Analyze basic programs for PLCs, microcontrollers;
- Analyze electrical, electronic circuit diagrams, installation diagrams;
- Present the process of executing printed circuit boards from schematic diagrams;
- State the importance of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and Industry 4.0 to the field of Industrial Electronics;
- Present basic knowledge about politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, physical education as regulated.
