Minimum Knowledge in Pharmaceutical Production Equipment Engineering at Intermediate Level

Effective from February 10, 2019, Circular 54/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) stipulates the minimum knowledge requirements and competencies that learners must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate and college levels in health and social services fields.

In the Regulations on the Minimum Knowledge Volume and Competency Requirements that Learners Achieve after Graduating Intermediate Level, College Level in the Pharmaceutical Production Equipment Technology Sector, issued together with Circular 54/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge that learners achieve after graduating in the Intermediate-Level Pharmaceutical Production Equipment Technology sector is stipulated as follows:

- Able to explain the functions and responsibilities of pharmaceutical production equipment such as: pharmaceutical grinding equipment, pharmaceutical sieving equipment, pharmaceutical drying equipment, pharmaceutical stirring and mixing equipment, granulation equipment, tablet compression equipment, film coating and sugar coating equipment, capsule filling equipment, blister packaging equipment, liquid pharmaceutical production equipment, packaging equipment, water systems for pharmaceutical production, auxiliary equipment for pharmaceutical production;- Able to explain the technical parameters of pharmaceutical production equipment;- Able to name the constituent parts of pharmaceutical production equipment;- Able to explain the working principles of pharmaceutical production equipment;- Able to describe the mechanical installation processes of pharmaceutical production equipment;- Able to describe the operating procedures of pharmaceutical production equipment;- Capable of performing business activities related to pharmaceutical production equipment;- Able to explain regulations on safety, environmental hygiene in the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment;- Able to execute the equipment handover process and maintain work logs;- Adhere to labor safety standards;- Able to describe basic knowledge about politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, and physical education according to regulations.
