Minimum Knowledge After Graduation from College in Metal Rolling and Drawing Technology in Vietnam

On February 10, 2019, Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate level and college level in fields of materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technology sectors will take effect.

According to regulations on the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in metal rolling and drawing technology, issued together with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum knowledge to be achieved after graduating in metal rolling and drawing technology at the college level is as follows:

- Be able to apply: Calculate and design technology; establish and improve technological processes in the metal rolling and drawing production system;

- Explain and describe: The principles of operation and adjustment of equipment in the metal rolling and drawing technology line and analyze the causes, propose solutions for handling problems in the metal rolling and drawing production process;

- List and apply the method of calculating technological parameters, establish the technological process for producing various metal rolling and drawing products;

- Be able to apply: Calculate, design the profile hole of the rolling mill; calculate reheating furnace policies; improve certain stages in the metal rolling and drawing technological process;

- Present basic knowledge about politics, culture, society, law, national defense and security, and physical education as required.
