Recently, the Ministry of National Defense has issued Circular 98/2014/TT-BQP promulgating regulations on publishing within the Vietnam People's Army.
Circular 98/2014/TT-BQP stipulating conditions for the operation of printing establishments in the Vietnam People's Army.
To be specific:
- Implement in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of the Publishing Law and Article 13 of Decree 195/2013/ND-CP stipulating details of several articles and measures for implementing the Publishing Law.- Military printing establishments must have a license issued by the competent state management agency; they are only allowed to print, prepress, bind, and provide other services related to printed products when they have met the legal procedures according to current regulations by the state management agency regarding printing activities.- The printing establishment will be granted an operation license when it meets the regulations in Clause 1, Article 13 of Decree 195/2013/ND-CP.- The dossier requesting an operational license for printing:
- Dossier for granting a printing operation license according to Clause 2, Article 13 of Decree 195/2013/ND-CP.- The dossier requesting the granting of a printing operation license is to be sent to the General Political Department (via the Information and Education Department). The Information and Education Department assists the General Political Department in handling the procedures for requesting a printing operation license for units as regulated.
