Specifically, the methods of implementing the dissemination of culture, sports, and tourism in 2024 are as follows:

(1) Visual and dynamic dissemination: Designing visual communication products.

(2) Dissemination through media, television, internet, and social networks

- Providing information on mechanisms, policies, and legal documents related to culture, family, sports, and tourism.

- Issuing press releases and creating opportunities for journalists, reporters, and editors to access, explore, and exploit information in the process of developing institutional frameworks, policies, and implementing policies in the management field of the Ministry.

- Disseminating the orientations, policies, events, and activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism through various media outlets.

- Disseminating through online newspapers, television, websites, and the Ministry's official website through forms such as documentaries, trailers, infographics, motion graphics, and other modern communication materials.

- Continuing to collaborate with Vietnam Television to produce the program “Góc nhìn văn hóa” ("Cultural Perspective") on VTV1 channel.

- Organizing regular press conferences and specialized press conferences to provide timely information to the media on issues of public concern in the Ministry's field of state management, thereby contributing to consulting public opinions and making positive contributions and sharing with the Ministry and industry in the process of building and planning institutional frameworks and policies.

- Organizing other events according to the program and work plan for 2024.

(4) Organizing press delegations to work in localities and major events of the Ministry to gather authentic information and contribute to guiding the dissemination of prominent results of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Requirements for the dissemination of culture, sports, and tourism in Vietnam in 2024

- The implementation must focus on the key points and priorities in accordance with the Party's direction, the policies, and laws of the State; closely following the guidance and management of the Government, the Prime Minister, and the content of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism's work program for 2024.

- The dissemination work must be proactive, proactive, flexible, not passive, and unexpected, following the 3C principle ("chính thống, chính xác và chính danh" - authentic, accurate, and legit) + 3N ("nhanh nhạy, ngắn ngọn, nhịp nhàng" - promptly, concisely, and smoothly) + 4D ("dễ nhớ, dễ thuộc, dễ làm, dễ lan tỏa" - easy to remember, easy to understand, easy to do, and easy to spread).
