- The inspection of works and products must be conducted from general to detailed levels and must be carried out both at the construction unit level and the investor level.- Depending on each specific product item, the inspection is conducted either in the office, in the field, or both.- During the inspection process, it is permissible to use equipment, technology, and other sources of information and data to evaluate the quality of works and products.- For probabilistic inspection items, the sampling scope must be evenly distributed throughout the construction area.- Direct visual observation, software, and other documents may be used to inspect submitted products.- For programs, plans, projects, technical design - cost estimates, and tasks that may carry out final product inspections using a synthesis method, the supervising and inspecting unit shall develop an inspection plan for investor approval.
