Method of Ranking Activities for Marine and Island Environmental Pollution Control

This is an important content mentioned in Circular No. 27/2016/TT-BTNMT detailing the set of indicators and the evaluation of results of marine and island environmental pollution control activities.

According to Circular 27/2016/TT-BTNMT, the results of marine and island environmental pollution control activities are classified into four categories: good, fair, average, and poor. The classification is conducted as follows:

- Evaluation index for the results of marine and island environmental pollution control activities is 85% or higher, and no evaluation index for the implementation of marine and island environmental pollution control content as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 4 of Circular 27 is below 70%: good;- Evaluation index for the results of marine and island environmental pollution control activities is from 70% to below 85%, and no evaluation index for the implementation of marine and island environmental pollution control content as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 4 of Circular 27 is below 60%: fair;- Evaluation index for the results of marine and island environmental pollution control activities is from 50% to below 70%, and no evaluation index for the implementation of marine and island environmental pollution control content as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 4 of Circular 27 is below 50%: average;- Evaluation index for the results of marine and island environmental pollution control activities is below 50%: poor.
