Method for Determining the Cost Estimates for Construction Surveys

On February 06, 2017, the Ministry of Construction issued Circular 01/2017/TT-BXD listing specific methods for determining construction survey cost estimates.

Accordingly, Circular 01 stipulates that depending on the technical requirements and specific conditions to carry out the construction surveying work for each project, the estimated cost of construction surveying is determined by one of the following methods:

- Determination according to the volume and unit price of construction surveying;- Determination according to the volume of material and fuel consumption; labor; surveying machinery and equipment, and corresponding price table.

At the same time, Circular 01 also stipulates the methods for determining the estimated cost of construction surveying as guided in the appendix attached to this Circular.
