1	Hemodynamic monitoring by PiCCO method	1. Cardiogenic shock or septic shock, unresponsive to two or more vasopressors, not achieving target mean arterial pressure above 65mmHg. 2. Consultation with a specialist in critical care.
2	Therapeutic hypothermia	1. Performed at special-grade hospitals and medical examination and treatment facilities approved by the Ministry of Health. 2. Patients after successful resuscitation from cardiac arrest, reestablishing circulation, remaining comatose, but still having pupillary light reflex.
3	Hemoperfusion with resin filter	a) Poisoning with paraquat, theophylline, carbamazepine, or tricyclic antidepressants; b) Poisoning with valproic acid, disopyramide, meprobamate, phenytoin, phenobarbital, toxic mushrooms, fish bile, bee venom, snake venom, or scorpion venom where other treatment methods are ineffective.
4	Hemodiafiltration (Offline Hemodiafiltration: HDF ON - LINE)	a) Periodic dialysis patients: maximum 02 times/3 months; b) Secondary hyperparathyroidism: PTH increased 3 times, alkaline phosphatase increased 8 times, increased calcium or phosphorus unresponsive to conventional treatment; c) Amyloidosis syndrome with complications.
5	Independent lung ventilation	Patients have been intubated with double-lumen endotracheal tubes.
