Means of Service for Inspection of Hexogene Stabilization Equipment

Circular 118 stipulates that inspection service vehicles must be suitable for the inspection subject, must be inspected, calibrated according to regulations, and within the inspection period, including:

- Equipment and tools for inspection:

- Lighting equipment with a power source voltage not exceeding 12 V, explosion-proof safety lamps must be used;- Inspection hammers weighing from 0.3 kg to 0.5 kg;- Magnifying glasses with magnification suitable for the inspection subject;- Mechanical measuring tools: Calipers, measuring tapes;- Inspection equipment for internal areas: Endoscopic equipment.

- Equipment and tools for strength testing and leak testing:

- Pressure-generating equipment with technical specifications (flow rate, pressure) suitable for the test subject;- Leak testing means and equipment.

- Measurement equipment and tools:

- Pressure gauges and thermometers with accuracy class and scale suitable for test pressure and test temperature.

- Other specialized measurement and inspection equipment and tools (if needed):

- Ultrasonic thickness measuring equipment;- Weld quality inspection equipment;- Non-contact temperature measuring devices;- Earth resistance measurement equipment;- Voltage and current measuring devices;- Insulation resistance measuring equipment;- Other specialized measurement and inspection equipment (if needed).
