- At the time of preparing the annual state budget estimate, Ministries, sectors, localities, and association organizations shall develop a plan to support training activities for SMEs and send it to the Ministry of Planning and Investment before June 30 of the year preceding the planned year.- The Ministry of Planning and Investment will notify the plan to relevant units for the implementation of training tasks for SMEs.- The Provincial People's Committee assigns the plan and allocates funds to the local SME support agency to implement the training tasks for SMEs.
