The work of managing students in vocational training for the basic military sector according to Circular 117/2009/TT-BQP is as follows:

- Students must fully engage in learning and training according to the training program, strictly comply with the laws of the State, all policies, and regulations of the Military School. In the classroom as well as on the training ground, students must exhibit self-awareness, high responsibility, strictly follow the regulations, and properly execute the learning content. During lectures and discussions, they must respect the teachers and management officials; actively participate in providing feedback to teachers on the content and teaching methods. Students are allowed to propose suggestions regarding the objectives, requirements, content, and duration of the training program and contribute to the Military School concerning the organization and management of teaching and learning.- Students are responsible for preserving and maintaining documents, textbooks, and all equipment in the study and living areas of the school. If lost or damaged, they must be responsible for repair or compensation.- Students are ensured policies according to the regulations of the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces and the guiding documents for the implementation of the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces.- During the learning and training process, students with achievements will be rewarded; those who violate discipline will be handled according to the regulations of the school and the locality where the student worked and lived before being sent to study.
