The fee for the exploitation and use of national remote sensing data for security, defense purposes, or in emergencies is 60% of the corresponding fee in the Fee Schedule issued along with this Circular.

Fee exemption is provided for the exploitation and use of national remote sensing data directly required by the leadership of the Communist Party and the State.
