List of used supplies and vehicles banned from import subject to specialized management by the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam

Recently, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam has issued Circular No. 13/2015/TT-BGTVT publicizing the lists of imports subject to specialized management by the Ministry of Transport under Decree No. 187/2013/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government dated November 20, 2013.

According to Appendix IV to Circular No. 13/2015/TT-BGTVT of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam, list of used supplies and vehicles banned from import (under Points a, b, d, Section 7, Part II, Appendix I to Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP of Vietnam’s Government) is as follows:
