List of Specialized Documents for Use in Scientific Research

Circular 14/2017/TT-BKHCN has been issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology to replace Circular 01/2014/TT-BKHCN, stipulating the list of documents, books, newspapers, and scientific journals as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 40 of Decree 134/2016/ND-CP.

The list of documents, books, newspapers, and specialized scientific journals used directly for scientific research and technological development includes:

- Scientific and technological books;- Scientific and technological newspapers;- Scientific and technological journals;- Conference and workshop proceedings;- Scientific and technological research reports;- Intellectual property documents, standards, technical regulations;- Scientific theses and dissertations;- Design and technical documents;- Specialized textbooks and lectures;- Scientific and technological databases;- Software for scientific research and management.

Note: The above-mentioned scientific documents must contain content in the scientific and technological fields listed in the Field Classification for Scientific Research and Technology and be directly used for carrying out scientific research and technological development tasks; incubating scientific and technological enterprises; innovating technology.
