The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has issued a list of newly issued administrative procedures related to water resources in Vietnam according to the latest regulations.

On June 10, 2024, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam issued Decision 1545/QD-BTNMT on announcement of newly issued, amended and annulled administrative procedures,related to water resources under the management of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The administrative procedures are published in the following Decisions: Decision 706/QD-BTNMT dated April 15, 2021; Decision 4044/QD-BTNMT dated December 30, 2022; Decision 438/QD-BTNMT dated March 1, 2023; Decision 1235/QD-BTNMT dated May 15, 2023; Decision 2684/QD-BTNMT dated September 18, 2023; and Decision 2031/QD-BTNMT dated July 21, 2023 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment regarding the issuance of new administrative procedures, as well as the amendment and supplementation of administrative procedures in the field of water resources within the management function of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, which are no longer in effect.
