- The dossier and procedure for medical examination to enjoy occupational disease allowance policies are carried out according to the regulations in Circular 56/2017/TT-BYT;- The medical examination for occupational disease diagnosis is conducted according to the guidelines in the annexes attached to Circular 15/2016/TT-BYT.- The level of occupational disease benefit received is implemented according to the regulations in Circular 26/2017/TT-BLDTBXH.
