Employees are entitled to one-time social insurance policies or occupational disease benefits depending on the illness they contract. To know the specific policies they are entitled to, individuals can refer to the list of diseases covered under social insurance policies compiled by Thu Ky Luat below.

Note:

- The dossier and procedure for medical examination to enjoy occupational disease allowance policies are carried out according to the regulations in Circular 56/2017/TT-BYT;- The medical examination for occupational disease diagnosis is conducted according to the guidelines in the annexes attached to Circular 15/2016/TT-BYT.- The level of occupational disease benefit received is implemented according to the regulations in Circular 26/2017/TT-BLDTBXH.
