- Case (1) dossier requesting re-issuance of a practice license in case the practice license is lost or damaged as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 131 of Decree 90/2023/ND-CP; In case (12) the practice license is issued without proper authority as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 31 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 2023 ; Cases of (15) practitioners who were granted practice certificates before January 1, 2024 when lost or damaged: 105,000;

- Remaining cases: 301,000. (No fee will be charged in case of incorrect issuance due to the error of the agency competent to issue the practice license)

- Case (1) dossier requesting re-issuance of a practice license in case the practice license is lost or damaged as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 131 of Decree 96/2023/ND-CP; In case (12) the practice license is issued without proper authority as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 31 of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 2023 ; In case (15) practitioners were granted a practicing certificate before January 1, 2024 when it was lost or damaged: 150,000;

- Remaining cases: 430,000. (No fee will be charged in case of incorrect issuance due to the error of the agency competent to issue the practice license)
