Law on Youth 2005: Prohibited Acts

The Youth Law 2005 was enacted on November 29, 2005. The Law consists of 6 Chapters and 36 Articles. Several prohibited acts are specified in this document.

To be specific, according to the provisions of Article 8 of the Youth Law 2005, young people are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following acts:

First, transporting, buying, selling, storing, and illegally using drugs.

Second, engaging in prostitution, gambling, and participating in other social evils.

Third, buying, selling, exchanging, storing, and using harmful cultural products.

Fourth, disturbing public order.

Additionally, the law also strictly prohibits organizations and individuals from enticing, luring, or forcing young people to perform the aforementioned acts.
