Regarding this issue, LawNet would like to answer as follows:

On December 29, 2023, the Minister of Home Affairs issued Decision 1087/QD-BNV on the legal work plan for 2024 of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Law dissemination and education work in the Legal Work Plan for 2024 of the Ministry of Home Affairs

The legal dissemination and education work in the Legal Work Plan for 2024 of the Ministry of Home Affairs will have the following contents:

- The Legal Affairs Department will coordinate with relevant units and organizational units of the Ministry to organize training conferences, disseminate, and implement current legal documents related to officials and employees of the Ministry and its subordinate units. The department will also work with the Information Center, the State Organizational Magazine, the electronic magazine, and other units to enhance the use of information technology in disseminating and educating about legal documents in the field of state management at the Ministry of Home Affairs. The documents will be published on the official website, the State Organizational Magazine, and the electronic magazine.

- The Ministry of Justice will organize Vietnam Law Day on November 9, 2024, as planned.

- The Legal Affairs Department will coordinate with units to send officials to participate in training courses on professional knowledge and skills for legal dissemination and education organized by the Ministry of Justice.

- The Legal Affairs Department will continue to effectively implement the tasks according to Decision 1521/QD-TTg issued in 2020, the Plan for implementing Conclusion 80-KL/TW dated June 20, 2020 of the Party Central Committee Regarding the continued implementation of Directive 32-CT/TW of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of disseminating and educating the law, raising the awareness of law observance of officials; Decision 407/QD-TTg in 2022 approving the Plan "Organizing policy communication with significant social impact in the process of building legal normative documents in the period 2022-2027"; Decision 977/QD-TTg in 2022 approving the Plan "Enhancing the legal access capacity of the people"; Directive 07/CT-TTg dated March 21, 2023 of the Prime Minister on strengthening policy communication.

- The Central Competition - Commendation Board, the Government's Religious Affairs Board, the State Archives and Records Management Agency, and the National Academy of Public Administration will organize legal dissemination and education for officials, employees, workers, trainees, and students in related fields through appropriate forms and measures as prescribed by law. They will submit reports on the results of legal dissemination and education work for the first six months of the year before May 31, 2024, and submit an annual report on legal dissemination and education work before October 31, 2024, to the Legal Affairs Department for synthesis and reporting to the Ministry and the Ministry of Justice as prescribed.

- The Information Center will publish the content of legal normative documents in the field of state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the Ministry's official website.

- The Legal Affairs Department will continue to perform the tasks of the Central Coordination Committee for Legal Dissemination and Education and participate in inspections and surveys of the implementation of legal dissemination and education activities.

- The Legal Affairs Department will coordinate with the Organization and Personnel Department and the Ministry's Office to organize training conferences to improve the quality of legal affairs for the officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

- The Legal Affairs Department will work with the Vietnam News Agency to develop a plan for disseminating and publicizing legal documents in the field of Home Affairs.
